Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM)
Kyung Shin Polywell Company specializes in PET-E packaging products using Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) method.
We use a very unique one-stop molding system which embodies all the necessary processes related to creating our products. This system intakes PET-E resin and produces the first injection output, preform, and then goes through heating and blow-molding to create our final products. This inline one-stop system eliminates any need for moving things around in process. We are really proud of our production system since it is a state-of-the-art production system with high efficiency.
Our final products have not only high transparency and high glossiness that is esthetically pleasing, but also consistent wall thickness that leads to resistance to shocks and excellent containment of fragrance.
